International Property Awards awarded to Coldwell Banker

Coldwell Banker Australia was the proud recipient of three Awards at the International Property Awards held in the United Kingdom.

Awarded the 'Best Property Marketing' Award in the 'Real Estate Agency Marketing' category, and two awards in the 'Best Real Estate Agency Website' category, the Awards were accepted at a prestigious gala dinner held at the London Marriott in Grosvenor Square on the evening of the 14th September 2007.

Coldwell Banker Australia's success as the highest scoring winner for 'Best Property Marketing' has also resulted in a nomination for the prestigious 'Best International Award', where the winner will be announced at a Gala Dinner to be held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas in November.

Entering their 13th year, the International Property Awards aim to distinguish the highest levels of achievement in a range of property-related fields. With entrants from countries across the globe, award categories encompass estate agents, property developers, architects, interior designers and other areas of the residential property trade.
